Gather data retrospective

The Steps of a Retrospective is a technique to facilitate a team to inspect its way of work and to identify actions to make it better. Description A retrospective is a ritual gathering of a community at the end of a project to review the events and learn from the experience. The 3Ls is a great data gathering activity which emphasizes learning, one of the Ls. The other Ls stand for: like and lacked.

Gather Data The point now is for the team to look back at what happened since last time, with the goal of collecting as much data as possible. Everyone has their own view of this, so the group needs to get input from each and everyone, so they can create a complete picture of what happened.
